Ten Years That Changed the Rules of Hospitality
On June 9, 2016, a story began in Odesa that no one had planned to make great. A few people simply decided that hospitality in Ukrainian hotels could be different.
Today, Maestro Hotel Management celebrates 10 years. Over this time, the company has traveled a road that is hard to fit into a single article — but we’ll try.
From One Hotel to an Ecosystem
It all started in Odesa: Alexandrovskiy Hotel 4* and Cellini Restaurant became the first proving ground for the idea that hospitality is not just about standards — it’s about a feeling. The one that arises when you cross the threshold and realize: they were expecting you here.
Step by step, the portfolio grew. M1 Club Hotel 5*, Villa le Premier 5*, IL Decameron Luxury Design Hotel, Mykonos Hotel, Weekend Family Hotel. Then came geographic expansion: Lviv, Kyiv, the Carpathians. LEV Lifestyle Hotel, IKON Exclusive Mountain Resort, Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv, BRYK Hotel. And in parallel — a restaurant division that by 2026 brings together more than ten venues across the country.
Today, Maestro is a full-cycle management company: from concept and launch to operations, marketing, and investment consulting.
What Remains Unchanged
Over ten years, much has changed: cities, scale, formats, challenges. One thing has stayed the same — the approach to people. To those who work in the team, and to those who arrive as guests.
“Service is when a guest comes back. We sell emotions. They are created by the doorman, the receptionist, the waiter, the housekeeper — everyone who welcomes a guest,” says CEO Eduard Rezhynskyi.
Perhaps that is why, when the company’s leaders are asked what Maestro means in a single word, they all give the same answer. Team.
What's Next
Ten years is not a finish line — it’s a starting point. Maestro is actively developing its investment direction: accompanying hospitality projects from the development stage, shaping concepts, and preparing future properties for launch. Among them — Skelyar, APEX Aparthotel, FJELL, and others.
And there is a careful eye on international markets. Because the true value of ten years of experience lies not only in the road already traveled. But in what lies ahead.
We thank everyone who has been and continues to be part of this story — our team, our partners, and the guests who keep coming back. You are what makes Maestro what it is.
